I like the tea and environment here but the food are really not my taste. However, the waiter who recommended the flower tea which is the Sakura tea tastes really good for relaxation ??????

Horrible service! Waiter was impatient throughout my time at TWG when the shop floor was empty. He put in the wrong order (without writing down our order). When we questioned him, he refused to correct my order as he told me the ‘chef will be angry’. Overall terrible service!

Ordered: Croquet monsieur, scones and macarons Silver moon and warriors tea The tea taste a bit over cooked. Sandwich was good. scones doesn’t taste really good. Chocolate macaron was alright but the strawberry doesn’t taste really good. Price is at average range. Tea set only start serving at 2pm and it’s until 6pm.

I didn't expect the food to be great. I really enjoyed my tea time here, and the tea which they recommended me to try was great. By the time I finished eating my tea set, I finished my tea all together.. very nice experience...Place was not crowded.

Tea for two at TWG... signature tea shop just the right place for a break … for tired shoppers. Service abit slow for tea to be served and even longer for the creme brûlée to be served. It came from an offsite kitchen to the service area, without the creme brûlée being covered!!

First of all the workers here are good in chatting and not their work. All staying behind the counter and chatting away. What a nice place to get paid for chatting. The cake was just mediocre and the tea pot is non-refillable what a waste as this is a tea place and they expect to buy many pots when we sit here to drink. The tea pot we got for 2 only managed to yield 5 small cups and the drink was not even hot. This is not a place for having long discussion. The furniture are to out dated and felt like it would break any time. Will not come back to this place. Better go to Paul's or illiy at least you can get drinking water if you decide to sit and have a discussion.

I ordered Rose Tea... the worst Rose Tea that i ever had, without rose taste...rili disapppinted. The cuttlery is rusty, tea pot cover is oxidized.. thats very disgusting... over-rated, over-price, not worth for value.. i never expect see all these in TWG

A very very up-class, posh and lavish cafe meant for discerning tea and patisserie connoisseurs. My family and i, unfortunately overate lunch - as a result, we were looking for a place to rest and digest, tea being a good choice. The waiter proposed light fruit tea and a chocolate cake that would melt your heart, not just in your mouth... This outlet sells the branded TWG teas and fantastically attractive cakes, pastries and macaroons to complement whatever tea you might be drinking. We wanted the high tea set to share but were told that the RM99 per set was NOT meant to be shared. It wasn't the price that bothered us but the sheer waste if the pastries could not be finished if we had to order THREE sets (having filled our tummies over the brim with lunch earlier).... sigh! Will come back when we starve ourselves half a day first the next time round.
