★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dangerous Parking Spot, for ladies or guys, don't go there at late night, no security there, and abandoned car is filled of dust is there.
You may risk your life if no one accompany you there, pickup the car or parking over there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ - Serious moldy wall surrounding bedroom area. Got throat pain and couldn't sleep on the bed at last. I Slept on the sofa. It seems that the reason is Water leaking problem, and definitely every unit got same issue as they didn't finish toliet water resist construction, just I was the most unlucky tenant who was breathing moldy air every second. YOU GUYS WILL SIMPLY FIND OUT THE MOLDY WALL EVEN YOU PASS BY THE HALLWAY. This building looks abandoned.
- Unsafe and poor neighborhoods: I got intruder through the night. Please Always check the balcony and make sure it locked. Very limited CCTV in the building and management will make excuse that we got only few CCTV so we can't find out the person.
- Smelly Drain: I had to pour tons of bleach every week.
- Built-in fridge is SUCK! Even the milk which expiration date is 5 days away, it started to be spoiled. Mostly I throw out the food due to mold on surface in few days. DO NOT CHOOSE THE UNIT GOT ONE DOOR FRIDGE. It will mess you up!
- I was living in the unit which was facing pool side, but ppl living highway faced unit (especially low floor unit) gonna be crazy at night.
I hope other tenants won't have experience like me, now I am happy to escape this old and troublesome apartment. Highly not recommended even it has GOOD ACCESSIBILITY connected to lrt stn.
Hope this review will help other ppl who is considering to move to eve suite.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looks like a private clinic to me with very stringent entrance & professional staffs handling my Booster jab in the morning! Quite a Big place whereby they segregated Pfizer queue & Sinovac queue hence those allocated for Pfizer was on the fast lane! The Indian Female Doctor briefed me accordingly and it was Crystal Clear! ✨????5️⃣? Oh! And the clinic is very Clean especially the Huge toilet!✨???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is quite new n can reach from Ara Damansara or Tropicana area....very closed to Lrt Station of Lembah Subang...so near to eating places...got a very nice swimming pool n garden area..got basement car park n shops around the lobby area..but some are empty...????

From zero until get married..
A lot of memory in this house along with my friend and family..
Like this place because of nice design and furniture.. also the facility is bery complete..
And the important things is the access is very easy to go anywhere by using LRT, because this condo attach with LRT lembah subang..
Can’t give 5 star because the security system is not good enough.. i can say stranger people can easily get in, one of my friends unit had bad experience..
Hope management can improve about this..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shop lots below and service apartment above. Convenient just beside LRT station but if you drive its abit far i side ara damansara. Shops below mostly unoccupied. No intercom to house and guards cant access upper level after 6pm. If so does it mean guard does not go check around? Units looks good but small due to studio. Toilet are glass and doors no lock. Each unit have sauna and rain shower, have central hot water system so during peak hour hot water not hot. Swimming pool is long but narrow and have jacuzzi.
