★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Admist the current COVID-19 climate where "Lock Down" is the inevitabke norm, it is nice to know that it is not all doom and gloom. Good news is there is one company that has risen from the abyss of gloom, yes a company that deserves a mention ,Ever Fresh. Yes! The delivery service and quality of product is second to none. Well done Mr Loh for your speedy service. Ordered via WhatsApp on Saturday before 12pm and got it virtually in 24 hours. Not only were they prompt but the quality, freshness , packaging left me speechless. Definitely Value For Money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible customer service. They have 3 contact numbers for ordering and all are non responsive. After placing an order there was no confirmation for 1 week. Even after chasing up for confirmation all my messages were ignored.
Decided to give them another chance and ordered again. This time I received an order number and expected delivery date. However on the date of delivery there was no delivery and no news. Only after messaging them they said there was an error and the date was supposed to be the next day. Come the next day,n news of delivery and even after messaging them, there was no feedback.
2 days later the delivery guy shows up asking for payment. Unfortunately I was unable to receive the delivery as I do not have space left and the world does not revolve around them and I had to get my groceries from somewhere else as I have run low on food waiting for their deliveries.
Very bad service and zero communication with customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Order my vege on 30 May and recv today, there was alittle confusion from merchant side on the delivery date. Otherwise vege is very fresh. Pack individually. Highly recommend. My first purchase and am glad i took the risk even after reading the bad review which was posted quite recent. Good job to merchant. Keep up the good service and i will definately buy again. Will post photos later.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There's mixed reviews on this supplier but I've decided to give it a try and placed my first order.
In summary: The vegetable is not as fresh as I want it to be, the leek I ordered came with only the roots, the leaves were completely chopped off as I can see its starting to rot. There's 2 missing items and there's an wrong item delivered. The delivery person couldn't find my place so I have to walk a distance to collect the items but it's still fine because I guess my address could be a little confusing for some drivers.
Overall: does not recommend this and certainly no more second order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Placed my order on 5/8 and the system informed I'll get my delivery on 8/8 which I did. The vegetables is separately packed and in a good condition. I would have gave 5 stars but I did not receive any notification via email or sms on the delivery time. Its my 1st purchase and I may order from them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dried goods are so bad! Everytime I buy potatoes from them, they're bad! And prices for dried goods are exorbitant. I doubt they even measured accurately. Two big (small ish actually) onion for RM2 meaning RM 1 each, say what?! And RM 3 for shallots, shallots came wet and mushy and rotten, RM 3 for that?! RM 4 for 2 tomato, meaning RM 2 each, what?????? Capsicum had worms inside.
I genuinely suspect they did not measure my goods as mentioned, when I ordered 1kg of potatoes, I got 7 of them only, 4 of which was badly rotten and the rest were clearly going to be rotten, and it really cannot be 1kg as I've bought potatoes from aeon many times, and they never reach 1kg with 10 pcs or more even. Maybe it's heavier because it's rotten huh? Then I noticed a pattern, they packed according to the number of items shown on picture. Like I ordered tomato, picture showed 2, I got 2. So many other items too... But hello, it should be based on grams not pictures right?! Dishonest.
They've mixed up my orders and over charged, I close my eyes, they sent me things I never ordered but I still paid it up because I know MCO has been affecting everyone, but they're not honest themselves. It's frustrating.
I'm never one to be too calculative but they've made wayyy too many mistakes and given me bad produces too many times for me to do this. The last straw was when I complained and they didn't bother to entertain.
So, if you're looking for honest, responsible and good produces, don't go for them. ?
