- delivery on wenesday, carry forward to thrusday
- item received but not complete
- contact customer sevice no respond
- contact again customer service, no respond
- day 3 after delivery, contact again customer service no respond.
- day 4, they respond said my item dont have stock
- i ask for refund
- and today after 2 weeks still no respond regarding refund
- and now at 10.30pm 1/5/2020, they whatsapp want to refund RM18.50 this coming tuesday/webesday
Its not about RM18.50, its all about service.

The third time I order.......
I receive not very good product and make a review so that others might aware of it but they HIDE BAD REVIEWS no wonder the products all only good review or no review
I received a box of chicken wing with very obvious dark purple and reddish colour, I was really shocked and take photo send to customer service. They told me that chickens in the market looks so white is because they use chlorine, which means I've been eating so many years of chlorine chicken. Well done. Oh why is the photo displaying the chlorine chicken if you are not selling it?
Then my very fresh purple red chicken wings is approved for return and refund. After returning back to them, no message no update about my refund. Nice service.
