★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very ridiculous company policy. Unreasonable troubles caused by clients caused employees to lose their job opportunities. As a directly affiliated company, not only did they fail to protect employees, they also induced employees to sign voluntary resignation letters. Before those victim was fired, the company's management had promised to settle down the unfairly treated employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ they still owe me my 1 month salary compensation which now will be escalated to court they can't simply fired ppl without giving 1 month notice or 1 month salary as stated in their offer letter so whoever work there now be smart don't let them simply fired u without giving any compensation or notice
updated:i still Remember the hr said don't be funny when i asked for compensation which they should provide earlier coz its clearly stated at the offer letter that 1 month salary or 1 month notice cannot simply terminated right away im lucky i have lawyers willing to help foc from my mom n now i got compensation with interest! i go legal aid they ask for 1k fee if you still get some of the compensation after deducted the lawyer fee if they pay early no interest which btw shouldn't even take it to labor office n court at the first place they want to save cost by simply terminate when you not pass the training but they forgot what they wrote in the offer letter which states whether the employer or urself must give notice or salary they wrote the offer letter but don't know what it mean lol they scared ppl resign immediately but they forgot it applied both way who funny now ?
