Impacted wisdom tooth surgery was done without pain unlike my first surgery at a different dental clinic. Clear instructions were also given during the surgery, and made follow up call post-surgery.

I have phobia for dentist but my experience from the doctor was great. Doctor have great patience in explaining details for my extraction & cleaning our mouth. Doctor very details & make sure all is well clean. I very thankful for the doctor to help me get over my fear. Will definitely come back again for my oral check up in the future!! Recommend for everyone who wishes to get advices or treatment.

Dr.Ong managed to diagnose the cause of my pain which was not easy. I also got my wisdom tooth extraction. He managed to do it smoothly even though my wisdom tooth had like a hook which made it difficult to be extracted. They even called the next day to make sure that we are okay. Excellent service.

Was a great experience on my wisdom teeth removal. The dentist and the staff are really friendly. Dr. Ong explained very well on the process before the extraction procedure being done on my wisdom teeth. He even asked if I'm okay to proceed for the 2nd wisdom tooth extraction, as he wants to ensure that his patients are feeling fine before proceeding further. After the procedure is done, the steps toward recovery was well explained by the staff, so is definitely a place to visit if you have tooth problems. In fact, I was an old timer here so no doubt this review is going to be good.

Came here as my gum was hurting. Dr Ong was really professional and explained and advised accordingly. I was expecting to have a minor surgery to get my wisdom tooth removed, but he went through with me and suggested a better and simpler way to solve the problem. He also did not pressure me to get my tooth extracted and made sure I was okay with it before performing the procedure. Dr Ong and his nurses has helped me to feel comfortable during the process and made sure the anesthesia kicked in before performing the procedure. I didn't feel any pain while my wisdom tooth was extracted, and felt safe with the reassurance from Dr Ong and his nurses. They also called me the day after the procedure to check on my condition and made sure I was okay. Overall really satisfied with my experience here, and will come back for future checkups :)

1. The waiting time for walk-ins was long during year-end season. They did explain this afterwards but i hope folks can be more informed in the future as I saw an elderly aunty coming in at odd hours to queue during lunch hour. ( Pity that aunty tho ) The registration system was abit complicated. When you call up and make an appointment, this wasn't counted as an appointment actually, unless the doctor gave you an appointment date in previous visitation. From 8 am - 10 am ( morning session ) and from 2pm -4 pm, these time slots are "preoccupied " for those making appointments. If you came in as a " walk-in " person, you ll have to wait after those appointment slots are done and queue accordingly. Hope that they can further improve this situation by either expansion of business or allowing online / whatsapp registration. 2.  The clinic was exposed to noise pollution from the streets, unlike the modern clinics. I was thinking maybe they can at least install louvres or landscape to ward off the street traffic to make the waiting lobby more audibly comfortable for the waiting patients. Perhaps the business owner wants a natural ventilation and not to spend on mechanical ventilation. 3. Undoubtedly, the dentist 's skill is prominent and more experienced. A simple tooth extraction took less than 10 seconds after the anaesthetic is administered. The procedures are done efficiently and they are kind enough to even offer me an orange juice because it is already lunch time hour. I was well-informed all the time about the procedure and what kind of pain i would be expecting and no sudden " surprises ". The only drawback is that the dentist's attitude might be a little haughty conpared to other dentists I have been to in Penang. The dentist's reaction was a little outrageous ( he claimed that I am not taking care of my oral health)  when I explain to him I didnt want to do teeth scaling for now because my wisdom tooth extraction is more urgent and my company's dental allowance is rm 100. I hope that the dentist's son could be a little more understanding knowing that it is not because i didnt want to do teeth scaling , it is because i want to do teeth scaling at klinik kesihatan due to the fact that I have limited dental allowance. And he counter- reacted swiftly by saying :" how come you know the extraction costs only rm 100 ? What if the price goes up? " . Of course, i will pay the rest of the procedure with my own cash. Just that, i didnt want to spend anymore time and money at your clinic.   Well, as it turns out, the extraction costs exactly rm 100.  :)
