★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to repair the faulty thermostat of my Fabre oven. The service staff is attentive and friendly. She provided the necessary information about the repair and how long it takes to repair the oven and that the technician will call to provide the quotation concerning the repair. Unfortunately he did not and after waiting for one week I called the centre to find out. The response was quick and the customer service lady provided the quotation and informed me to collect the oven the next day. The centre itself is rather small and parking is difficult. So if one can find a space outside by the road it’s better to park one’s car there. The problem is that one has to carry whatever item as no push cart or trolley is provided. I hope the customer service people can look into this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did a warranty claim with them. the counter service was ok. But the follow up service was Zero. every time the calls were passing around and the lines eventually dropped. need to call in several times. Said will call back to inform me the status but never, got to call in again to check status and repeat the experience of calls dropping again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Raised a complaint about my fridge on the 4th of Feb 2022 but was told to wait 3 working days and called on the 8th Feb and informed to wait longer due to CNY but will put my case as urgent. Called on 10th Feb and receptionist said technician will call me "Today" but nothing. Called on the 11th feb and was told the same thing - will call me "Today".

VERY VERY UNRESPONSIVE! DISSAPPOINTING!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wish to share my experience with Exact Quality SB.
Online bought a brand new faber refrigerator on 1 March 2022, unfortunately the refrigerator freezer door can not close tightly, not enough cold for keep meat freshly.
Report to Exact Quality SB by 4 March 2022, and pending spare part until 24 March 2022, finally freezer door fixed.
I would like special thanks for Exact Quality teams member, name Miss Sevi, shen was helped a lot, highly appreciated.

Replacement unit still got the same problem. Told to Ms Uma and she advised me to send to other Ipoh centre but I refused. From only RM60 costed for the unit, i need to bare the postage to send the broken unit to HQ, then now it costed me petrol and time to send to other Service centre twice.so its okay. I prefer not to use the rice cooker. TQ Faber.

Bought my cooker on 28 Aug 21. Sent my mulfunction (water drop below from below cooker, burn smell, water drop from steam collector) rice cooker to IPOH service centre (PERNIAGAAN ELEKTRONIK KL WAN) on 15 Sept 2021. Follow up every week but still no update until reported to HQ, suddenly IPOH branch said done repair after more than 2 months. And this is what i got. Crack everywhere. My pot got deep scratches, the metal layer exposed!
