★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Product is lousy and after sales service is slow. Bought a built in glass hob two months back and it starts to give problem. One of the cooker does not lit up. They send their man to service it within two days from our complain the 1st time the incident happen. However, a week after the service, the problem reoccurs. Lodge a complain again and this time already five (5) working days since the complain, no one turn up and no follow up call also.

drag one month my new refrigerator also haven't done repair. My refrigerator never use .. it's spoilt once i get it. lodge report and said technician will call me for appointment. never ever call me. i call myself to follow up , they still don't know what is happening. in the end, i need call the technician myself after a week wait. after pick up back, said need few days to repair only. but wait two weeks also no get back. Keep cheat me it is still under repair, in fact never get the spare part to repair! call them myself but customer service bad attitude with bad tone. everytime said will call back or ask technician call back, wait wait wait also never ever call back. I am doing their job and i need to call their sub contractor repair shop by myself! they promise to send me the new refrigerator for replacement . not enough one day, call me back said can repair already. able to get spare part. promise send back within same week. it is another lie again. i call myself to follow up again, said their person in charge mc off day. ask me wait next week. okay, fine. promise send me back by wednesday after i call them few times but hehe.. drag again. now promise me thursday or friday. i will wait again. send complaint email to them, never ever entertain me or reply. ignore me like air. this is how they treat consumer. have you ever buy a new refri, never use one day, take more than one month just to repair one spare part? and if i didnt follow up myself , it seem like endless waiting. they dont want replace me new refri , ok. but do what they promise. if i dont need my refri, why i buy it? where is my justice? I hope i can really get back a well functioning refri by tomorrow or friday..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchase Elba Oven 60 litre model E6090(SS). After one and a half year, the oven didn't heat up. Sent to the service center in Tmn Ehsan. To be honest, very lousy services. First of all, no-one will answer the call. Need to keep calling. If you are lucky enough, there are someone who pick up the call. Then the lady told you will transfer the line. Actually she didn't transfer the line, she will just hang up. Keep calling the whole day, get the right person at the end. The answer is there is no updated information in the system. She promise to call back, wait for hours. No one call back. What a good quality customer service. If you wish to purchase Elba product. All the best to you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ NO star deserve. I am still waiting for a faulty dishwasher pump to be repaired/delivered to me. ELBA should find a better service centre to work with..doesn't do justice for the brand.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its in taman ehsan, almost zero parking inside the service center. Old factory area. Customer service is understaffed. Call before buying a part, no stock most times.
