★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Trying to collect my co. stamp at 10am on Thurs (their stated business hour) but shop still not open at 10.30am. This has screwed up my morning plan as I need my co. stamp for my morning activities. Just wonder if you know "punctuality".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Totally not recommended. Staffs are not professional, sorry is not prepared to do document photocopy work at all! Simple job to duplicate a binded document also screwed up. Binding with middle page half fallen out, left me hanging without informing the work has been done (is not done actually). Wasted 1 hour of my life at their counter. Don't use their service if you need a proper printing service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good service, good quality. Here’s my 2 cents. Make staples center based in usa as rolemodel. Ezprint provides more services than they do but there are more room to improve. Install self service payment in printer or computer for printing or photocopy. Provide retail for paper related products such as printer’s ink, various size of paper, envelope, parcel, stationery, etc. You have establish a brand for these services. Top brand comes with top tier quality. Why not aim for the stars. Starts with HQ, continue at other branches. Hope this helps. I would love to see how it turns out. Goodluck!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Print quality is very good. Have to tell properly before printing to ensure item printed received as expected. Had a few mistake printing from them but they’ll easily replace it for you FOC if it’s their fault.
Customer service experience is good. I as a student also receive discount here so easier for my time and my wallet.
