I have tried to reached out other places but no one can do on the spot repair plus the price is very cheap compared other places as well. Their service is excellent & friendly. I do highly recommend this shop for everyone that need their Drones to be repaired.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prior to bringing my Mavic Pro ( Gen 1 ) here for repair, sent it to another shop in Setia Walk, Puchong ( will not name it here as i do not believe in shaming the company ), sent on the 23d of December 2019 and only managed to get it back on somewhere around early June 2020 ( That is also after chasing them almost weekly ). They wanted to charged me X figure and i've decided not to get it fixed as it is extremely overpriced. They claim they didn't have parts and have to send it to the DJI factory in china as all their technicians are outsourced and they do not have their own technicians and the technicians do not have the necessary replacement part.
Luck had it that I stumbled upon this seller on Lazada. Asked if he could get it repaired whilst my drone is still in transit in China and he says definitely. After collecting my drone from the other shop in Puchong, sent it personally to Derick and he said he will need 2 days to check and will get back to me with the final damage ( no pun intended ).
This guy is extremely efficient, just several hours after sending it to him I received a call from his colleague Yvonne saying that they know the exact problem of the drone and they can get it fix and tested in no more than a day. He even quoted about rm400 cheaper than the other shop in Setia Walk, Puchong.
Did a maiden flight after receving it and everything seems to be in perfect order. It seems the mainboard was faulty and hence the gimbal and camera receiving intermittent connectivity issues.
This guy is extremely friendly and I do recommend anyone to get their drones repaired here without any fear of being cheated.
Even bought a Mavic Pro 2 here prior to waiting for my drone to come back from china by the other shop in Puchong. Definitely top notch service and ultra friendly staff, they even stock a ton of accessories in their shop, worth taking a look and who knows, you might just find something that you might be looking for, at an affordable price that is.
