★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ask the two girls at the front desk to help me scan few documents to my pendrive. I stated I need all 11 documents to be scanned and yet they scan only 6 of them. And paling worst, they charged RM11. My mistake I didnt check before leaving but c'mon lah, it is simple task to do and clear cut I dah inform I want them all to be scanned. Simple order yet still cannot do. Not efficient at all and not friendly too. Boo big time!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have rated this place a one star and changed it to ten. A guy named Azrori made me very upset when I came to find that one of the books I had borrowed was loose because he could not bind it back after making copies of it. I called the day before but I was not told until I came in person.
I paid up but was very angry. He then got on the phone and arranged for the binding somewhere else. Later, he came to deliver the bound book to my location after closing hours. We both apologised. I rate this ten stars because he has shown a lot of patience when I lost my cool and instead of being defensive, he chose to right the wrong. He was the bigger person who showed humanity.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yeah , before I go to this printing shop, I saw some of the review in Google and found out there was a Malay guy which seem unfriendly to help customer. Then, when I reached ExPrint and I was being served by a Malay guy (which seem to be a Supervisor/ boss? Big Body-type).
He is talking to his friend at the counter while Im passing him my pendrive which contains the artwork I need to be print. But he accidentally drop my pendrive and luckily which doesnt have any damage to my pendrive yet.
After that, I ask him about some of the printing question and he replied me which I felt the tone is not so friendly. But luckily there is another guy with glasses which look like Chinese but actually speak Malay served me again and he is very friendly to us!
In a nutshell , I'm just hope every customer walk in happily and walk out satisfying from your store which is EXPrint. Thanks!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To be honest, this printing company does not even deserve to get one star at all. Very poor attitude staff and unprofessional service. The staff has poor understanding and command in English. He cannot even understand simple requests from customer. I had to inform him 3-4 times about the changes on the design and yet he still repeated the same mistakes. Also, he raised his tone several times when we spoke over the phone to settle the artwork. Does this guy know what customer service is? How can you speak in a bad manner to your customer? It will be my first and last time dealing with Exprint. I am very disappointed with your service and your staff. Moreover, the design of your artwork is not good at all and your respond to customer is way too slow with the "tidak apa" attitude. When I called to ask for the status, your staff said "wait la miss. i am busy". What kind of attitude is this?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Speed of work is slow, very inefficient especially the male staff. As if he's not in a hurry to work. Didn't bother to let customer do final check before printing, ended up printed wrong fonts & have to spend double the time to reprint. EXPrint can definitely have better service than this.
