★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfortunately the staff Vin**** is so incompetent! He has no idea what to do and do everything slow. Took him 4 trial to get the printing setting right, and other 15min to manually cut the paper. This is my first time seeing such a slow printing shop which can't even handle a 200 piece photocopy order!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called up their Damansara branch to confirm if they do walk-in’s for glossy printing, upon arriving they said they don’t do, said to go to KL branch, wasting customers time & petrol. what’s the point of having the phone number there?
Expect to pay extra for their mistake without a promise on delivery.
If you can’t train the staff to give the correct information, the least you could do is rectify the problem with a solid effort.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our company sent in some files for printing , and the staff was no where near helpful , we had to manually give them . and she made a fuss , at 11 am saying she couldn't do it and we have to collect it at 5 pm because she has to go for lunch ? We opted for this place because it was nearby and thought of giving them a try . But it was disappointing . If you have all the time in the world to go back and forth for amendments , then go ahead , or else just don't bother . Our prints came out wrong , and we had to manually cut everything .
And giving them a second chance , my colleague went to the same place few hours later , to print some stuff and he paid extra to cut the sheets , and gave them 2 days to do it . He collected the sheets uncut .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guy in charge was really helpful, he'll even help you to edit your photos if the print didn't come out right. I'd recomend you to bring your own laptop for this purpose, but they have their own pc if you can't. Worth the trip.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The person in charge is very helpful and patient. I am impressed with the service given by them. I don't even need to be on site to get my thesis printed, all I need is to have good communication and detailed instructions provided to them and they will get the job done. One thing I like the most is that they will always double confirm with me each time they want to proceed to the next stage. I will deal with them again in the near future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Silverfish bug infestation in my papers. Did not ask whether I want one-sided or double-sided print. Double-sided prints one-side clear the other side blurry.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thank you Vincent for your quick reply and efficient service. Despite MCO, Vincent got all my test papers printed in less than one hour. He even converted the files to pdf on my behalf. Delivery by Grab was also excellent.
