β β β β β The owner is so arrogant. I was just asking for a price for a windows system and he arrogantly scoffed at how I thought the price was. He could have just corrected me in a friendly way instead of arrogantly scoffing and scowling at someone who is a potential customer. Everything in this shop is overpriced compared to online prices. There are hundreds of online retailers you can buy at a competitive price. I hope he will close shop one day because of how arrogant the owner is and how expensive all the items in this shop.

β β β β β Been here for several times, and from experience I'd say that this shop is in dire need to improve its customer service. Items are quite pricey, of course cannot compare with online shops. On 2 occasions, one of the older female shopkeeper ignores me, and will not even look at me when I asked some info , she's simply to busy looking at screen or having chit chat with their friends. As for their inventories, they covered most of the basic computing hardware needs.

β β β β β This shop was not honest, my laptop is software problem, they said is battery problem, ask to change battery RM300++. My laptop just new, don't try to cheat me.

β β β β β I went to the place to repair my laptop. So far the service was excellent. And they also make sure that each of their customers are sanitised as they enter the shop which is something appreciable. They contacted me after I sent my laptop and pointed out each problems of their laptop. Plus, they were polite too.
