β β β β β Brought my mom and Mr Song recommended multifocal lens, taking the time to explain the differences with bifocal as well as the different grades of lenses. Still unsure why foreign made lenses are so much more expensive (exchange rate?) than local (using foreign tech) and how it may differ in quality, performance or durability. Spectacles was ready in 1 week. So far my mom is satisfied with the local lenses and flexible frame ?

Arif & Song are both great in assisting me getting the right glasses. The assessment process led by Arif was easy (with detailed explanation) & understanding my needs ( budget concern). I was very much convinced. (he's not pushy :)
Thanks to Song to the rescue esp on the recommended frame & explanations. Good taste. Having to look nice with the right frame is equally important to feel good. The process from eye-checkup to choosing frame was efficient & professional. Thumbs up. Thanks for holding it late after your closing hours.

β β β β β I was recommended, go to them by my eye specialist and this is my second experience with tham. I go to EyeQ to get a pair of new glasses for myself. The staffs friendly and approachable. They took time to explain about the glasses and the recommend the best for me. They were not pushy of their product.
Overall, I would say they are very professional.Knowledgeable in their product. I would definitely return again for their services. Keep up the great service!

β β β β β First time getting a custom glasses service, looking for professional assistance and guidance decided to drop by for reference and opinion.
During first visit the staffs are very welcoming and attentive to my request, very knowledgeable about lenses and frames as they are experienced with the matter. After cataloguing my request very specific tests were done to pinpoint the capabilities of my vision and it was explained to me with great details, even if you are a first timer or experienced you can still take advantage and gain better understanding of your vision.
Once the fitting begin they have healthy varieties for selection, and I was given the best recommendations for my order. There was some hesitation, but it was the experience and knowledge of the staff that convinced me to put my faith in them for my purchase and I made my payment.
After 2 weeks I was contacted to pick up the final product, after putting it on the first time it felt natural my confidence with the shop was not misplaced and it was a very satisfying purchase. Now I own a pair of blue light filtering PC glasses that I use for not just work but for play as well.

β β β β β Initially, I did wonder about the legitimacy of the reviews for this place as most of them were very positive. I brought my mum in for just a check up and sure enough, they were systematic and polite. I interacted with 3 different staffs and all were very easy to talk. The optometrist that looked after mum spoke kindly to her and explained things properly and repeated when necessary. The other 2 staffs approached me while i waited for my mum and they just asked if i needed anything or if i wanted to try on their glasses. I declined and they courteously dropped the subject without ever trying to be pushy or upsale.
Overall, very good experience with the people there. I paid Rm150 total for mum's consultation (Rm100) and eye drops (Rm50)
