★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Menyecewakan.. Datang nak checing dan buat selaput mata.. Tetapi perhidmatan tu tidak ada disini..
Consultant kos tinggi dan staff yang kurang mesra..
Jika anda plan nak check dan buat operation selaput mata sebaiknya terus ke klinik yang ada buat operation tu..
So.. Extra consultant charge perlu dikeluarkan..
 Disappointment .. Come on checing and make a lining .. But the service is not here ..
High cost consultant and less friendly staff.
If you plan to check and make eye contact you should go to the existing clinic for surgery.
So .. Extra consultant charge needs to be issued ..

Staff perempuan melayu (muka tak berapa cantik mcm2 dah berumur sikit) bahagian register, yg sungguh BIADAP. Pintu masuk susah buka, kemudian MENENGKING KUAT BERULANG2 dari dalam klinik, minta pelanggan tolak sendiri pintu dari luar. Sepatutnya cakap secara berhemah dan tolong bukakan pintu tersebut. Sedang kan orang kat luar tak tau apa2. Doktor/pemilik klinik ANNA mesti ambik tindakan terhadap staff melayu yg kurang ajar ni. Sikap macam ni sungguh kurang ajar. Tak pernah berlaku diimana2 klinik di johor bahru. Patient baru yg baru datang pun hilang mood utk rawatan disini. Terus berlalu keluar dan batalkan appointment dgn doktor.
Sape2 pun akan rasa tercabar aib, bila ditengking cara begitu. Bila ianya berlaku ibu, ayah, isteri, suami atau anak2 yg kita sayang.
Menyesal pergi masuk klinik ni.

The female staff of the Malay (the face is not pretty mcm2) is a part of the register, which is very BIADAP. The entrance is difficult to open, then LOOKING STRONGLY from inside the clinic, ask the customer to push the door outside the door. It should be said prudently and please open the door. The outside person knows nothing. The doctor / owner of the ANNA clinic must take action against this brawny staff. This kind of attitude is so rude. Never happened at the clinic in Johor Bahru. The new patient comes in the mood for treatment here. Continue to go out and cancel appointment with doctor.
Sape2 also will feel disgruntled disgrace, when scorned so. When it comes to mothers, fathers, wives, husbands or children we love.
Sorry to go to this clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience!! Brought my daughter who complained that she was having blurry vision and headache. Met Dr. Voon Chee Cheng. Dr. Anna was not around. She gave a very uncertain diagnosis and ask me to come again to meet Dr. Anna for a second opinion as she believes my daughter is having Glaucoma. If she can't give me a proper diagnosis, there is no point for her sitting in the clinic expecting patients to come just to earn rm100 per consultation. No sense of professionalism at all. She is guessing instead of giving a concrete diagnosis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this clinic on 25th March 2017 (yesterday). I had a pleasant experience with Dr. Anna who is very nice and professional. Thanks to her effective analysis and diagnosis, my sore eye (which i had for the past 6 days) has almost fully recover today. The fees are very reasonable. Their staff are friendly and courteous too. Highly recommended to those who are looking for an experience and professional Opthalmologist.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought grandmother for worsening vision with eye discomfort. Dr Anna was nice however she did not check eye intraocular pressure using machine to rule out glaucoma but used manual palpation of the eyes, which is subjective and not quantitative. The wheelchair path was also blocked by car parked there which made it difficult to transport grandmother in and out of the clinic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I visited the clinic for the first time on Saturday (8/2/20) and had a pleasant experience. It's best to go in the afternoon on Saturday as it was busy in the morning. The pricing was reasonable and Dr Anna was professional, patient and thorough. Once the treatment for my eye was done, I wasn't able to see clearly but thankfully the doctor's assistant, Ms Roy had helped me book a Grabcar and she even assisted me to the car when it arrived. Thankful for that experience and I will definitely be going there again in the future.
