May I know when my money will be refund ..I have sent my details through email and no one responds.. further more every branch mentioned phone number to contact them directly but this branch is a bit different...I couldn't contact them...I want to know when my money will be refund

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried to renew my license on 15th march 2022, but they failed to renew due to some outstanding pending. I have sent email requesting for refund but I have yet to recieve. I have also sent emails asking what is the status of my refund and they did not even reply. It has been more than a week, when they say refund is WITHIN A WEEK.

I am still waiting for the refund. There’s no emails informing me the status of the process. I need the refund to renew my license. It’s already more than a month! What else do you need in order to process the refund????
