β β β β β All staffs are very fast in action. Very polite and attentive. Always have good experience, either Summit or Sunway pyramid. Both are very good in customer service. Now days Johnny in summit have robot service, they will bring your dishes and it was new experience too. Bravo to all the staffs.

β β β β β Got my food very late. Apparently the machine got it mixed up. The cucumber was bad. There was a cocroach on the table which we had to cover with the plate. Normally ok but tonight 28/5 was very very disappointing.

β β β β β First online delivery from this outlet. Tried its chicken tom yam soup, pineapple fried rice and prawn fried rice. The tom yam soup was fragrant from its ingredients such as lemon grass, galangal and lime leaves. The taste was not too sour, not too spicy, but overly sweet.
The fried rice did not disappoint ... generous portion, eggy flavour, enough 'wok hei', a bit wet and the medium sized prawns tasted fresh. However, the quantity of pineapple slices can be increased. Overall, a satisfying meal for two!

β β β β β Can book for reservation but they only accept booking with down payment/ deposit RM100. The receipt for putting in deposit is just a hand written order check sheet from Johnny... During check out, cashier forgot to deduct RM100 from the total bill.... lucky payer didnβt forget... and paid the total bill fairly...
Normally I wouldnβt choose Johnny as a place for social event but after this experience, it was okay and decent. The whole operation could have been handled better though for the customerβs ease of mind...

β β β β β Johnnyβs has always been our go-to place for steamboat, mainly cos of the fantastic sauce they serve with the meal. But their service has gone down the drain since a new management took over a couple of years ago. Waiters cannot communicate well and are not alert. The food is still decent though.
