โ โ โ โ โ Company customer service can be good but their knowledge of Information Technology are zero. A simple question can make it that complicated. As an I.T company, everyone must have knowledgeable about the latest technology such as A.I but i donโt think they have much information to be provided to the customer.

Strength: carry original spare parts with 9 months warranty when Dell Malaysia do not has ready stock.
Weakness: very weak technical knowledge and ineffective solution for Dell product issues that is becoming a major complaint of individual consumers.

โ โ โ โ โ After using 1 month, the laptop kept having problems. Then they changed a new laptop for me after repairing lots of time but I was told that the 2 year warranty has shortened to 1 year, starting from the first laptop I bought, not the one they changed for me. After using 8 months, the new laptop started to have similar problems as the old laptop? Please reconsider if u want to buy laptop from here.

โ โ โ โ โ After changing any parts, they will not check properly if thereโs any other problems. My camera will have problems every time the laptop came back from repairing as they forgotten to place the camera software back, the main thing is the camera functions well before sending to them. Responsibilities and taking job seriously are the basic attitude a company should inherit

โ โ โ โ โ Bought Dell Laptop from them,they claimed as New Model but end up,this is Refurbished unit with extended Dell Premium Warranty. Please be clear when selling, if your laptop is new unit,tell your customer that is a new unit. If refurbished,tell them a refurbished.
I advise not to buy from them.
