★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For an established brand, I felt rather disappointed. Not sure it's a branch problem because I have eaten at other branches. The thick noodle taste too much flour, no chewiness at all. Ordered the lobak, even more disappointed. Almost felt cheated. See photo for reference.

For such franchise to provide vegetarian option, it's going to be much more convenient for vegetarian.
I do recommend others to try it out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This new branch of face to face noodle recently open at setia alam. I went to order take away due to mco restrictions only limited person can dine in.
The shop deco is quite fresh and ok. There are queue there. So it tooks a while for me to order my take away food.
Overall the food quality and taste of this branch is dissapointed. I have ordered curry chicken pan mee, their signature sarawak noodle and thier chili pan mee.
This new branch pan mee and sarawak noodle also taste not as good as other I have tried.
The sarawak noodle is too dry, the curry chicken pan mee chicken only taste like curry powder. The chili pan mee consider so so too.
The 3 layer tea is quite dialute.
Hopefully they can improve the quality of food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ever since the lockdown, the atmosphere in this place is getting more n more depressing. I don't feel like dining here n make myself feel miserable. Food also seem to have dropped in standard.

Simple meal. Decent taste. Decent price.
Quite a lot to choose from the menu. So far the few I've tried were all OK.
Prefer their dry noodles over the soup ones. Soup version kinda bland.
Soup Dumplings is average, but better than Fried.
The charsiew served w the Sarawak Noodles is not good.
