โ โ โ โ โ Disappointed! I was with Facial First for many years and decided to terminate their services as at end of Sep 18. The Facial First's branch now located at Bizzy Body outlet at 7th Floor of Berjaya Times Square. Their prices for their treatments are not cheap but the services are bad and they love to make sweet promises (but no results). First and 2nd times, they will do skin analysis but subsequently they won't track your skin progress and to advise the next course of actions. The beauty consultants there keep changing and a new one will keep doing hard sell to get a new treatment contract from you. I'm really disappointed on how they treat the customers as they only interested to get new business from you but no intention whatsoever to help the customers. Even they are not honest at all as I should able to get complimentary birthday treatment but in the end I need use mine one as i have to sign new package in order to get that. Why didn't they told me so? I won't recommend this place as there are many places better and more value for money.

โ โ โ โ โ Bought a package at ioi mall putrajaya, centre was then closed and i need to transfer my package to the mines, seri kembangan. After a while, the mines centre also closed. When i ask for refund, it was not allowed. What is happening to this company? Bancrupt?
Anyone know which branch is still operating?
