★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is great Balinese massage spa in KL. The masseurs are excellent and very professional. The ambience are so refreshing and relaxing. The Spa are managed by 2 lovely ladies, June Liew and Suzanne Lai. Both my wife and myself have patronize for more 5 years. My dear wife loves the facial by Suzanne. It is great value for money. Highly recommended Spa in KL.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place for a relaxing massage. Its quiet, clean and each room has its shower facilities (the jacuzzi is available depending on which package you took). You can have single or couple massage in the same room. The employees are pleasant and courteous. Best of, the place is big enough to go in groups unlike some places where they can accomodate only 2 pax per time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time I visit the spa. The location is good as well as the ambiance. But the lady who massage me was so bad. I felt like I got tortured I couldn’t relax cause you can feel that she was in rush doing the massage. For 2 hours all she did Was just obviously killing the time. It’s not worth the penny. Jalan alor therapist is far much more better than there therapist I guess.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been a regular customer of Asia Spa for closed to 10 years now, our often, at least twice a month visits, had always been very enjoyable. We always have a very pleasant feeling as we stepped into their reception, we can feel the warmth, attentiveness and welcoming gesture exuded by those ladies at the reception.
It has all changed since last March, after the MCO. The front desk /customer service experience is almost non-existence now, very sombre! There seemed to be no longer any dedicated personnel taking care of customer relations.
If they continue to operate in the current mode, one can get better experience and better value for money elsewhere. I will not renew my package when it ends if it remains status quo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not worth the money. The girl who was doing facial on me could not speak any English. This might be the reason why she did not explain anything to me. But, come on. She should be, at least, taught the important words/ sentence i.e. steam, mask etc. At the end of the facial I asked her to clean my eyebrow (which is offered in every facial spa I have been). She just said "no". After the facial i walked out to leave (since they have taken payment before the facial starts). No one checks on me to find out how was my first experience there. Everyone was just going about their business. When i got home, I noticed that there were MANY spots/ white/ black heads were not removed from my face. Is this what do you call DEEP CLEANSING? I was really disappointed. My first and last.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Zero Waste tip: bring your own massage friendly underwear. A loose bandeau top and a thong will work well. Otherwise, you can use their disposable ones.
The ambience here is A+. For someone who doesn't enjoy ginger, I found the ginger tea served to be really nice and soothing. The room itself was nice. Two beds and one en suite bathroom. Deco was well done as well.
First time getting a full body massage so I got pretty freaked out at first so first timers, PLEASE PREPARE YOURSELVES haha. Cikgu Minah was an empathetic masseuse. They also have a hairdryer if you decide to wash your hair. Basic toiletries provided as well. Ended with ginger tea and water as well.
It's a bit of a walk from the KLCC LRT so be prepared if you're taking public transit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time to try their service. Was recommend by a friend. The staff was helpful and patient to answer all our questions on which type of massage to get. I tried the 90 min full body and hotstone massage. It was nice. The detox package with hot blanket is also nice too. Place is well decorated and the massage room is clean and private.
