Since this is the hotel & suite we need to use a proper swimming suite to swimming. (I really hate about it)
Not serving breakfast.
This is a nice hotel but there's still need improvement.

โ โ โ โ โ Very nice hotel, booked a family suite, the room itself is a one unit apartment with two bedrooms. No issue at all regarding room. Very nice view at high level. You also got parking card, plenty of empty spots.
Try to check-in early at 2 pm, they might have a room ready, because on my case there's a lot of people checking in at 3 pm and only two ladies available to serve you.

โ โ โ โ โ Room was not cleaned properly, there were dust on the floor my feet became dirty & black after a while. Room smells funny when we first came in. The pool were nicer at least, but overall our stay is quite good.

โ โ โ โ โ Pillow and blanket is not clean and it remain something like food stain on it. The shower pipe is leaking and it doesnโt have any things to hold the shower head. Shower gel is not provided and it looks like someone used it before. Towel provided looks like it doesnโt get clean before, it is disgusting. The door lock of the room is not functioning as well. Overall, cleanliness is poor and I wonโt go there next time.

โ โ โ โ โ Nice place to stay, affordable price for a place that spacious and free breakfast. Got no issues with cleaning and management, just i noticed that the floor on the hallway is wet because of the other guests that using the swimming pool not drying properly before going back to their unit. Overall im satisfied with my stay.

โ โ โ โ โ Kalau nak stay sini elak direct deal dengan faithview hotel. Cari yang others agent.. At least try to call before book. As faithview already closed their business probably.. Reception xwujud.. Call xagkat.

โ โ โ โ โ We've been con ?..the hotel has long gone closed. Agoda should aware of this issue. Luckily we got a room at Casa Bonita. Ruins our vacation mood. AGODA should take note of this hotel.
