β β β β β I stayed here for 1 night only. Which the price was reasonable and really clean room. Enjoyed staying there. Will recommend here for family it's very suitable.

β β β β β We made the hotel reservation on Expedia. Booking of 2 rooms for 3 pax each for 2 nights (A king size bed and a single bed) but when we went to the room, we were given the standard room with a king size bed only. The night shift staff insisted that we have to pay extra RM100 for adding the single bed so we paid RM200 for 2 rooms. We felt cheated as what is given to us is not the same as what is listed on Expedia.
Anothwr incident happened when we check-out. According to the booking information on Expedia, we have to put a deposit of RM50 per stay for each room. We were supposed to put RM100 as deposit (RM50 per room) but the night shift staff collected extra from us - RM200 (RM50 per room per night), which we only realized that we were overcharged during check-out. During check-out in the morning, another staff, who was on duty, insisted that the night shift staff only collected RM100 and refused to give us back the RM200 that we put as deposit. They insisted that the RM200 was for the additional of 2 single beds, which we paid at a separate time. This is a very dishonest act.
We felt cheated and would never go to this hotel again although the room is considered simple and the basic amenities were provided. Hair dryer is provided on request. Air conditioning and warm water were working fine and beds were alright. But it can be noisy at night when someone is shouting on the road.
Overall, I'd say that the hotel is simple and average but we were disappointed with the service and how things work there. It is really bad and it's basically a black shop ι»εΊ. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

β β β β β A very comfortable budget hotel, service was great, housekeeping is done daily. The room was spacious and clean, definitely recommend anyone who are looking for a moderately priced hotel. Definitely would book here again next time! For those who saw bad reviews about this hotel, thats already in the past, the hotel is definitely great now!
