Reported to management no action taken until checkout..

It has 2 large lazing swimming pools,2 badminton courts, BBQ pits and more than ample parking space.
There are many food outlets nearby, laundry service and retail shops. There's also a Polytechnic opposite front across the road
Beach is mere walking distance

Stay with my family (7 person), rent a apartment. Get 6 floor... Mostly, the unit there are empty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aiman homestay cocobay. The place look run down. For the price you can get a better place with good facility & better looking renting place. The room is very spacious it a plus but the utensil such as the plate material they are using is melamine which usually not acceptable if you charging those kind of price. Moreover, the toilet is also very dirty as they don't even clean it after the guest renting the unit. The swimming pool is quite massive and is empty during weekdays (they got two big pool). For the beach it not really that close it most probably take an adult or senior citizen 15min walk (but can take a car to go there just slidly faster than walking).
