★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sheets and bed are clean but floor and shower have beach sands. TV doesn't work. No basic amenities like bottle water, tooth brush and tooth paste. I didn't get my room receipt because they claim the printer doesn't work! Day staff have attitude problem!

Near to beach just within walking distance.
Room spacious and just nice..
Nice and friendly welcome by staffs.
Only few points that can be improved, mostly on customer servicing aspect.
Asked for iron to iron my clothes. Staff asked me to get from another customer room.
Was bitterly 'scolded' by a staff at counter when I enter the lobby with wet clothes. She insisted she told me earlier during check that I need to use another stairs, and I said she never told me, maybe another customer. She keep insisting and being annoying in blaming me. Chill, your job is to make sure customer feels at home, you are running a business (not your home), so arguing pointlessly with a customer is a minus. Just explain nicely without being bitter. I am quite okay with whatever regulation you have, but please use nice words.
Just because of one bad apple leaves me with a bitter aftertaste after checking out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The price during peak time was RM300 per night for family room. We like the distance from the beach and accessibility to the shops for food and anything else.
The place seems improving a lot under the new management. The rooms are clean and the hotel area are well kept.
