โ โ โ โ โ The setting is quite comfortable and clean with spacious waiting area. The lady doctor that treated my mom was very kind, explained everything clearly, knowledgeable, and friendly. Staff also very polite and friendly. Highly recommended.

โ โ โ โ โ Feel welcomed and comfortable once I stepped in the clinic, friendly staff at the counter greeted me with smile, not like other clinics. Also, the clinic is very clean and doctor listened to my conditions patiently, she asked many questions and give me detailed explanation. Reasonable charges as well.

โ โ โ โ โ Search no more if you have had experienced the followings :
1. Denied seeing by GPs at the clinics for just having fever without any other symptoms such as cough or running nose as they feared you might have had contracted covid-19 disease.
2. When you were treated symptomatically and prescribed with 4 or more types of medicines instead with accurate diagnosis you probably only need one or 2 types of medicine.
3. Paying a hefty medical fee for a non specialist service.
Give this clinic a try for a better experience.
Dr Cheng, a lady professional doctor with passion and accurate diagnosis that will never disappoint you. Highly recommended.

โ โ โ โ โ This clinic clearly stands out from the rest. It is clean and bright. Waiting lounge looks contemporary and comfortable (with ambient music too). But these aren't just limited on the surface. Front desk/nurse was polite and friendly too. Most importantly, Dr Cheng is kind. Thank you Family Clinic 17.
