★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Having a bad knee had stopped me from doing much activities. after a few sessions of rehab and shockwave which helped to enlighten pain of my knee. i shud have start my rehab and treatment early in order to have a heathy and stronger knee. Beside bad knee, tight shoulder is also my problem. Dr Suren did a good job by enlighten my shoulder pain and tightness. Never take things too lightly if your body is sending out pain in signal. Act fast!
Love to complimemt all staffs in centre are extremely helpful and friendly. THANK YOU guys!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Exceptional service here at TAGS Hartamas. Very helpful physiotherapists that cater to all help required. Their extensive knowledge in managing my injuries have been superb. I used to have very bad pain in my left knee from a lingering ligament tear injury. They were able to treat and strengthen it well, up to a point, where i can move and exercise freely with confidence. Would recommend TAGS to anyone who deals with any sort of physical pain, and require the appropriate care and treatment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been going to TAGS now for a number years for various sports injuries. The physiotherapy and DTS are excellent and provides me with much pain relief for my neck and back as well as shoulder problems. The unloader used for stabilizing my left knee is a lifesaver after my meniscus operation and allows me to play golf without pain and actually stabilizes my stance. The regular spine and neck adjustments (monthly maintenance) allow me to function normally while i have an active life at 61. I would definitely recommend TAGS for anyone who has pain or discomfort related to movement in sports or other activities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had severe neck pain the past week and decided to seek treatment from TAGS Hartamas. Front desk was very accommodating in ensuring I get a slot for my physiotherapy with Siti who has been treating my neck for 2 sessions and I have already experienced great relief since then. She was attentive of patient's needs and knew how to address the root of my problem. Subsequently, I have received neck and back adjustments from my chiropractor, Dr Suren who has been taking on my case. He explains in great detail of my condition and is informative on the kind of exercises I should do to prevent further degeneration on my neck and spine condition as my work entails sitting on my desk staring at a laptop for hours. The adjustments he gave was a great deal of relief from my discomfort and sleepless nights. Due to this MCO period, I was not able to get a schedule to see my regular physio, Jo Eve. Being familiar with my case and highly skilled, I found her sessions to be effective and always puts you at ease with her friendly demeanor. I look forward to her sessions again soon. Overall my experience with TAGS Hartamas has been a pleasant one as i felt genuinity from both the Chiro and Physios in wanting to improve their patients' livelihoods through constant education and correction through treatments. I was also appreciative in the professional way they have handled hygiene and social distancing measures that made me feel safe in the clinic, as well as being impressed by the timely response in organizing appointments via WhatsApp.

I am totally satisfied with their professionalism, clean environment and friendly customer service. Akmal is my go to physio for all my pains & injuries. He is very thorough with his work & makes sure to explain exactly what’s going on with my injury & treatment required. I think that’s very important for patients to have full understanding of their injuries & treatments. I’ve recommended TAGs to all my friends and I will continue to do so. Well done TAGs !

Dr. Suren is a gifted chiropractor. He listens well and answered a plethora of questions I had and was extremely reassuring.He is very professional and thorough. His clinical knowledge is outstanding and explained it so well.
Ms. Malini my Physiotherapist was extremely polite, attentive and wonderfully friendly. She is fully committed into helping her clients feel their best ?. The Receptionist was really helpful and professional too. All staff are highly experienced and polite.
