W	Weshnu Dev Sagar on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a disappointing morning. Came to this kopitiam to savor the legendary Nasi Lemak that has relocated here from the famous Chong Kok Kopitiam. Rumour has it that they have parted different ways due to irreconcilable differences. First impression, the queue for the Nasi Lemak is a lot shorter than it used to be in Chong Kok. Taste is still what it used to be from my last visit. The kopitiam though is small, stuffy with space not properly utilised. Stalls in the shop and a cashier cabin takes a good portion of usable space. The coffee is not great, and bitter, while toasted bread wasnt great. A simple order wasnt followed where we asked for toasted with butter and kaya but instead was served with margerine instead. We reminded them three times. The waiters was not attentive and was not keen in doing their job. A young lady who is presumably the person incharge coordinated the cleaning and order taking. The overall experience is poor, will not return to dine in. Its sad to see that this legendary Nasi Lemak to be in this state, could it be the start of a slow death?

For a forienger like myself it's great to indulge everyday the atmosphere and history.

Really really packed on weekends, there’s not much tables. If you’re with kids, it is not a kid friendly place, since it’s self ordering for food, the gap between stalls and seating are not spacious. The roti telur goyang is rly good for me! Pay separately based on stalls. Cashier counter are useless, you always have to look for who you wanna pay at especially for drinks.
