★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super duper useless service by Pos Laju, told me that I failed to pickup my item yesterday, where in fact I was waiting the whole day for the item to arrive. Since when customer needs to pickup the item itself at post laju office? If not what use of Pos Laju? Plus you did not even call or msg me whatsoever and you just updated it in shopping app. You guys should have ceased to operate at all to save us all a headache. You guys have a binding contract to send the item to the recipient with an exchange for a certain fees by us, customer. That is itself a breach of contract that you should've been accounted for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're out of Klang and have to pick up
your parcel here, do consider using the KTM Komuter which has a station just opposite the Pos Laju center.
and since you're not in a hurry, theres few cafes, kopitiam that serves gpod coffee.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service. Postman is not reliable as does not deliver parcel Poslaju item but submit delivery status failed. Submitted to careline file a complaint request Second delivery but postman still missing in action. Even phone line provided but no one answer. Upgraded facilities but bad customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bad service, take time is too long for delivery and no one sent my goods ..and need time to pick up the goods themselves, really really bad delivery, no one replied to my email ..my goods oder he went to send elsewhere in sabah sarawak used to be a new peninsula, please change your way, this poslaju is an old courier, don't bother others ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst courier service. Couldnt able to contact them to check for delivery status or to reattempt dispatch. No contact number. Tried calling some other poslaju branch to get their number but not reachable (no one pick up during office hours)!!. My dad’s medication stuck in klang poslaju but unable to track which branch in klang.
