★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took the couple 2 hr full massage package at 237ringgit. Served by massage therapist 25 and 77. We got different kinds of Thai massage in the same room but Service was great. There is this loud melody ringing at the start and end of our session.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked for 3 person , but when went in they said can massage for 2 person only. From Penang. Very bad customer service. Moreover forcing staff to stay back to do the massage. Start complaints every day same words ask to stay back. Wasted our grab money and time to go and come back

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid RM$192 for a couple package which consisted of 60min of body massage and 50min of foot massage. 10min was spent on walking from foot massage area to body massage area and preparation for body massage. We were served by masseurs no. 58 and 88 (lady from China). Proper and hard massage was provided. Based on the couple package price, it was very worthy. Service was excellent and the shop even provided free 2 RM$0.60 parking coupons.

Masseuse#13 is good with her ashiatsu skills. I’ve got a much lighter spine after the massage and it still is today.
I’ve got slipped disc history (refused pain relief surgery) and I left for the masseuse to detect my issue. She did and it turned out well. She’s available daily.
Masseur#3 was effective to guasha your back with his elbows and knuckles. Had entire hour focused on relaxing the sore muscles. Back was left with some guasha red patches for a week. Did relief the aches however that recovery week also aching (part and parcel of the guasha feel). He’s only available on weekends.
Paid MYR180 each person for an hour of full body massage on first visit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked for 2 person in 24 hours advance , but 15 minutes before the booking time they said can massage for 1 person only. I still called twice to confirmed my booking. Very very bad customer service. I am excited to wait my booking time go to message and end up disappointed for this suck services. It is a lot of massage and spa in Mount Austin. Don't recommend to go and waste your time & money.
