★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 staffs standing at the service counter yet still slow service. Not wearing masks properly, no social distancing, chatting here and there.
Queuing for 10 mins but the staff was serving the customer behind me first ? While collecting my item I wanted to reconfirm the order, the staff misunderstood me and thought I asked him to throw my receipt, then he raised his voice and used a very unfriendly tone saying: "HELLO MISS I'M NOT HERE TO THROW RUBBISH FOR YOU!"
Hahaha worst service ever.
Don't even deserve a star.
Won't visit here ANYMORE. :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wanna order hazelnut chocolate milk shake always out of stock, come more than 3 times the staff said need to come early.. when come tomorrow at 11am said no more selling this drink, if not selling anymore please remove from the menu list and do not ask customer to come early. Service very slow, cashier counter (oden counter) only open one and long queue, even have seen more than 3 staff is working. Please look into this, thanks.
Overall very poor service, no friendly staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst outlet. Always out of ice cream or ice cream cair. The staffs are arrogant, not friendly with senseless facial expression. Actually come to think of it, almost all Family Mart staffs are unfriendly. Dont if they dont have good team or not being fairly paid or just plain bad attitude bunch. Booo!!

The curry soup taste similar as tomyum, nothing special. But the squid ink ball surprised me, inside got the white squid meat!
