It was, indeed, an unpleasant visit at your Banting branch due to poor customer service rendered. The staff attended to me named Nurul Ain was very unprofessional and rude. She interrupted me into giving my order and did not confirm with my order as she later proceeded to the next step. Not just being rude, she put up a straight face and seems impatient while serving me. She later gave me the wrong order, I told her that it was not my order. But she then looks annoyed and told me:" Miss dah buat eh. Semua sama je, dua dua harga sama." So my claim was just dismissed like that with her bad attitude. My point being it's okay that you, as a customer service attendant, made small mistake sometimes and I do not expect all of you putting up a big smile to greet your customer. However, the staff that I encountered who was bad-mannered and so disrespectful to her customer, where I do not expect this unpleasant visit should be rendered to any other reasonable paying customer in Family Mart.

It still needs more variety. Staff need to be more friendly & sensitive. The Oden Tom Yam & ice creams are top though ?????? ?This is of last month's visit. Today, I dropped by & surprisingly, amidst the pour of patrons, the queue was pleasant as the staff at the counter are of different ones & were friendly. I was catered to from beginning in the Oden process until to the next PIC. Plus, I wasn't asked to wait for 10 minutes for chocolate sofuto compared to last time ?

Service so bad , dont know how to cook yopokki and not follow the function step to cook. I go to tell the staff is wrong the function of cook. But she talk to me her everyday cook like this. What the hell I saw the yopokki function step and she cook function is not same,so many explain and excuse .This service is very terrible. Please this shop the branch manager can settle this problem. Thanks

I went to family mart banting branch on 16/12/2020 at 8.43pm and ordered brown sugar bubble milk as per attached receipt. After paying, i waited for my order but no one prepared it. Another customer came and ordered the same item and immediatelly received her order( 2 cups)When I asked about my order, the staff asked about the order again and was blaming each other. I was so furious as they didnt not applogies or prepared the order as I left the shop. Please do advise your staff to be more cortious and remindful of their customer.

Absolutely disappointed with the service I received at FamilyMart Banting. Bought 22x drinks for my client this morning. The cashier name Honey, scanned the drinks halfway then went off to do other stuff. I assumed that she had completed scanning therefore started putting some stuff in the shopping bag. She then came back to counter and got upset because she lost count on the items. First of all, if you are bad in maths and cannot multitask then don't handle so many things at once. The shop were empty when I was at the counter. But because she lost count on items, I have to wait for 20 mins. She got grumpy, showing black face and started yelling said she cannot count anymore.

Suggestion, family mart management please do something with this establishment air flow or air filtration problem. The air inside is so oily in the air is so bad... Please so something with it. It ruins my experience very badly

Food: Tasty Service: good attitude and polite Environment: It's easy to get in and out of the intersection Not many comments. The food is the same in every branch, it just depends on the cleanliness of the store and the attitude of the staff. all good…
