โ โ โ โ โ Tbh, they deserve no star in term of customer service.
The staff is rude, unprofessional and untrained. I asked a simple question politely on where to get ice cream and got treated like a beggar instead. Never in my life have I felt so humiliated.
After looking at the reviews, turned out to be quite a number of customers experienced their rudeness over different period of time. They are CONSISTENTLY BAD.
I wouldn't step in FamilyMart KLIA2 Malaysia ever again.

The staff is untrained unprofessional lazy racist individuals who will not think twice before lashing out at you.
Do not ask for any help. You won't get any. So do not use anything other than cash. They'll give you an attitude and speak ill of you in Malay (because they think that you won't understand).
If possible, try to avoid this pace.

โ โ โ โ โ unlucky for today, want having a coffee but the machine broke down. food & drink are same to other branch and overall price is slightly expensive since is inside airport area.

โ โ โ โ โ Various food choices available, very convenient to traveller for quick bite. Favourite food here is the unagi onigiri and tomyam oden(order from counter). Overall is OK, except services that required some improvements.

โ โ โ โ โ Sad to say, thereโs obviously lack of manpower (or could it be due to typical โtidak-apaโ attitude, tables are left dirty without being wiped clean. However,it still attracts many tourists as the stuff sold here is not as exorbitantly priced as neighbors such as Dunkinโ Donuts, which offers a cup of teh tarik for over RM15.00. Itโs a good example of honest business wins. ?
