★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice warm place (klia2 lately very cold). Its smaller compare to the one near to departure hall. Most of power socket close to high table while at sofa, there is none socket available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positively the worst experience ever. Only F&B open and still staff are just talking, laughing and loafing instead of helping customers. Venue is unclean and miserable with dirty tables and floor. Avoid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quite poor customer service, at front big family spending ages to buy a couple of drinks and a starbucks cup which held up the whole line. Staff instead of opening the other cashier instead told us to continue waiting in line even though the other staff was rather free. Although i understand the staff are doing their job servicing customers please do note that when somthing is taking unreasonably long and holding up the line consider as well as there are other customers as well who are waiting and do not have all the time in the world. Drinks tastes passable however the matcha macadamia drink was too sweet and the coffee has a rather bland taste which reminded the person who drank it somewhat of cigarette ashes in water. Hoping for an improvement.
