★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Long queue during lunchtime. It's a family mart- you know the gist. Soft serve, brewed coffee, Japanese and Korean food products, Bento sets, wide selection of onigiri etc etc.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a family mart. It has quite a bit of a problem with flies. Make what you will of that piece of information.
Parking is a problem here, as it has always been. If you're coming here for lunch your best bet is to go early or late, there's a parking lot up the block from Family mart.
The road in front of it is forever under construction (I've used it for over a decade) so expect poor traffic conditions.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Employees not smiling. Wanted to order the oden but told me to wait 9 minutes. After 9 minutes, I came back and told me to wait another 3 minutes. And then, after 3 minutes I came back and they told us to wait another 15 minutes. I wouldn't mind waiting but not even apologising for keeping us waiting. Seriously?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One lady tall & plum a bit wearing cap took my order few times will make u feel not welcomed there and ensures that you should know how to order food in FM. She will make you feel uncomfortable. So guys make sure u know what intent to order or this lady will teach you a lesson. U know what i mean.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went on 28th March at 11PM, lady at the counter was super unfriendly and look as if she didn’t want to work. Asked about the new korean ramen dish and she just ignored blatantly. Even with the bad service I still said “thank you” and she didn’t even bother to reply. Super loud “dangdut” music and staff speaking loudly at the back as if there were no customers. Tables were not wiped and dirty.
