★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad service. This is the worst family mart I went.
Waited for 5 minutes with no customer in front and I need to wait for them prepare for online order. I just bought some sandwiches and fried rice not even oden. Finally I get all my thing done in15 minutes, I rather go other place to buy food. This family mart not the best choice if you are rushing , here will definitely wasting much of your time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ only come here when im having a food craving. i dont really know about the rude staff. im just paid for my food and leave. for new launch menu which is brown sugar and sea salt ice cream. taste just so so. i love sea salt ice cream texture . brown sugar not too sweet and has a very light taste. not recommend for milk tea lover

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service bad. I went to fast counter to order hot dogs, and he told me to q at oden counter n told me he is serving Grab order now. So i went to oden counter n saw one of his staff busy with customer ordering oden. Meanwhile another staff approach me, what are u ordering....so i told her 4hot dogs. She replied need to wait ya n turn around without taking my order. Seem like she is asking me back to the fast counter to order hot dogs. Two staff busy. Hey what are doing, not taking my order request. U are kicking your customers here n there. I left the shop less than 3minute. In japan, their services are very fast. Here all taking their sweet time.!!!
