★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought 2 Americano thru Grab and ask for extra sachets of sugar, They dont want to give. Damn! According to the Grab Runner, only 2 sachets allowed. Bodo punya staff FM ni. Tak tau ke kopi tu pahit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staffs are very unfriendly. Asked for iced matcha latte and one if the male cashiers said “Susu takda!”without looking at my face. I asked again “apa ya?” He screamed from afar saying “Susu takda! Tak boleh buat!”.
This isn’t the first time that my family and I have encountered with your staffs unruly behaviour. There was also a time when one of your male cashiers keyed in a wrong order and did NOT even apologise. He pointed at my wife’s face with his index finger and told his other colleague, “ni ha, salah order”. When clearly HE keyed the order wrong.
Pesanan saya, kalau taknak kerja tak payah kerja. Nak jadi gangster bukan dekat familymart.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased 1 chocolate pint sundae. The female staff was unfriendly towards me and my gf. I have to ask one by one to get a tissue and plastic spoon from her. Right after we went to our car and opened the ice cream looked like soup. I went back to get exchange and the famale staff switch with a new ice cream along with her sour face. Please don’t go there if you want to get “soup face” from the staff.

Quick grab for a sofuto on hot day. Parking is difficult. So depends on luck.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They just opened and have promotion now till early 2019. Do check it out. I don't know why I keep buying coffee from Family Mart coz their coffee sucks! You're better off with McDonald's coffee. More superior with better pricing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb just because of the wide range of food products freshly available 24hrs. My favorite is chocolate mousse and belgium chocolate ice cream. The chillness itself will make us feel comfortable and cool. Providing place to sit and enjoy as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Convenience store with added convenience of hot food such as dim sum, oden, etc. They serve a variety of cold drinks too. There are a few tables to sit here while having the RM 2.90 coffee and there is a toilet at the back as well. Brightly lit and clean with friendly service. I found this a great place to wait for my next appointment

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was there on 18 April 2022 around 830pm. Incredibly rude staff. We bought a cup noodle and ask for hot water. To our amazement, the cashier said ‘I can only fill in hot water but you have to drain them outside’. Outside as in longkang tepi jalan. Mind blown but I guess not everyone has the capability of using their own brains so we leave at that. Oh and the dining area, a complete mess.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude cashier. Went here several times during lunch hour, one of the male cashier is always so rude. Never said thank you. Aggressively pushed and turned and hit the card machine when I wanted to pay. Looked at my friend rudely and shook his head when she took an extra second to go through her wallet.
