★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow, the malay girl at the shop very rude, she forgot to give my ic back, i had to drive back to get it. Instead of apologizing properly she said " ala bukan sengaja" . The chinese women at the counter also said yes, thats how the malay girls speaks to everyone very loud. When requested the name of the malay girl she replied " siapa you i nak bagitau nama i". Dear management if you really do care about your shop sales. Stop treating customers like we owe you. Thanks.

We worked with Kent to print our wedding invitations and he was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and accommodating. Kent delivered our invitations way earlier than promised and the quality is great. We are glad we came across Premio and will definitely patronize them again in the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We saw a stationery shop here after visiting the DIY shop nearby. The store's covid-19 SOP is properly set up with max 5 pax. The store is well stock and also offers photocopying services. We were looking for the refill for Stybilo pen but it's not available. The service crew are courteous and attentive. Prices are competitive. Parking is a challenge here especially during peak hours and weekends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst printing shop. My file is in my ipad, need it to charge for a minute so that I can send the file over to print and they tell me there is no port to charge.. Seriously, phones are being charged there.. but they can't help a customer.
I hope the owner begin to evaluate there workers. Lazy workers. Very arrogant and rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Experience: staff are quite simply to print out, at the end most the slides upside down after binding the 2 copies :( Re-go back ask to reprint and re-binding. Need to pay again the price. Not cheap too. Better to go the printing shop nearby behind this shop. Cheaper and better service and quality
