★ ★ ★ ★ ★ staff perempuan kat sini memang sombong ke? layan pun macam nak taknak je..kalau selalu saya pergi, bila staff perempuan yang take order and di cashier mesti muka masam je..bila tanya pun macam nak marah je..tahu penat tapi tolong la kawal sikit sebab kedai baru je buka kan? elok lah sikit perangai tu..but for staff lelaki..buat masa ni saya tengok okey je..baik and friendly...tq
The female staff here is really arrogant? The service is like I don't want to..if I always go, when the female staff who takes orders and at the cashier must have a sour face..when I ask, it's like I want to be angry..I know I'm tired but please control a little because the new store is open, right? ? It's a good little temperament..but for male staff..for now I look okay..good and friendly ... tq

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff tak friendly, cara cakap dengan customer kurang ajar. Oden pula selalu sangat habis, takkan asyik nak kene tunggu 30 minit, sampai dah habis semua baru nak topup. Owner untuk cawangan KLTS ni kena take note. Kalau terus mcm ni, boleh tutup kedai. Lagi-lagi 7 eleven cafe dah nak buka sebelah tu nnti. Boleh pergi belajar cara manage kedai daripada Family Mart di 1 maxim. Baik tak payah buka cawangan sini kalau still nak kene pergi branch lain nak makan oden.
Staff is not friendly, the way to talk to customers is rude. Oden, on the other hand, is always very exhausted, I won't be busy waiting here for 30 minutes, until it's all over and I want to top up. The owner of this KLTS branch must take note. If it continues like this, you can close the shop. Again, 7 eleven cafe is about to open next door. Can go learn how to manage a store from Family Mart at 1 maxim. Well, you don't have to open a branch here if you still want to go here to another branch to eat oden.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Few days ago, i went here to buy some food for sahur, but the mart was locked. And there were no staff seen in the mart. Not one single notice were put on the door while they closed on their working hour. Nearly 1 hour of wait, still did not open. That time maybe they were having their break/iftar but please put a notice or something infront of or on the front door.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not too crowded, comfortable shop you can seat while waiting for your order to be done. Helpful staff, but I think they should hire more staff to work there because there are two counters should be taken care of and in the same time preparing foods for the customers. Parking around this area is hard to get and totally based on your luck so never expect to dine in.
