However the male staff there are quite rude and disrespectful. Hope the management can look into this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ At last, a place where i can buy fresh stuff. Love the concept of this store. You can relax with a cup of coffee and fresh baked pastry while shopping for your household item. Can pay bills, cash out my money, no need to go to atm anymore. Convenient at its best. Staff very friendly too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Each time I stepped in, I got this unfriendly aura. Once I paid first for their RM2 coffee (like what I always did at MyNews; pay first before you get the drink from the dispenser). The cashier responded rudely like I never bought anything like this before and ordered me to get the drink first. Then when I wanted to pay, he still felt the need to peek into my drink to see if I was being honest. Seriously???
Pls just shop at Elewsmart right opposite. Better customer service and as a show of support for Ebit Lew's philanthropic work.
If Shopsmart thinks customer service doesn't matter, they are so wrong. Even though I have to walk a bit farther to elsewhere to get something, I would still go.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to shop here regularly. Now, I no longer come here for a few reasons,
1. rude, rude staff. I suspect they are stress due to workload, hence the rudeness. I asked politely and so I didn't expect a rude reply. These people need to attend Customer Service class or Communication at Workplace.
2. the cashier cheated by not returning the receipt to you. This way you will not be able to find out what item is missing from your purchase (because she stole it) and you will not be able to make valid complaint against them. I thought it might be just be poor memory of mine until I check out the rating here, that this happened to others as well.
3. They are a few stores nearby which are selling the same items as theirs with better communication, better customer service and offering better shopping experience.
