★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there on 19 February 2022 and the staffs were very rude, theres this two girls one wear pink mask and the other one wear white mask i think….the cashier name was syafiera, pls dont be so rude and hope they can improve their manners, i wish i can give no star at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was visiting on 4 Dec 7.40pm... Trying to order the fast food which need to put into oven to reheat and It doesn't have customer in front of me at the meantime. The guy that working at the hour told us that the fast food need to be wait a moment, and we don't mind waiting and when we order another food, he said quite alot of the order pending, we repeated and said yes we don't mind waiting politely and guess what?! He SHAKES his handsome head and knocking the screen loudly(ordering)! So rude lahh...Adoii,he think his own business izit-.-

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ all the staffs were very rude, especially the tall female one. Everytime i go there, all the food that has to be made first was always "sold out". the music was also super loud. Almost all the reviews are about how foods are always sold out and staffs being super rude. i hope you really do something about this. smh

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So disappointed! Went there to buy the cheesy dry ramen, they said finish and so were yesterday. Its lunch hours! Then i bought sausages, and i ask for some sauce, and they said finish too. Pls make sure they stock up enough. The music was so loud as the communication is hard there. Thanks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to this outlet on a Saturday night at around 8.30pm and the queue at the cashier is super long. There was only 1 cashier working both oden counter and express counter. I see the guy was struggling to handle both counters and he really did his best. There was another guy who was working on restocking the shelf (I think), timing was kinda bad because the store was packed with people and boxes of stocks in the aisles. Management might want to look into the shortage of staff for this outlet. I came in again the next morning and I think I encountered the rude lady who was mentioned a few times in Google reviews of this outlet. She was at the oden counter and brushed me off when I politely called for her attention. That was simply unnecessary.

I would like to make a report about customer service , this incident happend in MessaMall Nilai Family Mart around 1700hrs on 4 August 2021. This one staff , a woman staff, working for oden station counter was very rude. I feel really upset on how she treated her customers. I was asking about the oden menu , the way she responded to me was so unprofessional. She actually laughed in front of me , making fun after i was asking about the menu. This is actually not the first time but a lot of times happened . I am actually a regular customer , always buy foods from here buy i feel very upset just because of the poor customer service. However i really hope you take this matter seriously.
