★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Always very tidy. Very reasonable assortment of fresh food (fruits, and vege), the only shopping mall with such great choices of steak in Nilai that I know of. (Even wagyu beef is available) Has a non halal section of plenty of wine choices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is Seremban's only Jaya Grocer. Located on the ground floor of Mesa Mall. As with the other Jaya Grocer branches, all items have been organised systematically. The atmosphere is what contributes to the enjoyment of shopping. They have sections devoted to everything from local to international to Korean and Japanese. Vegetables are always in season. They have a large assortment of coffee and tea, which are my personal favourites. The snacks are also excellent; you will be spoiled for choice. Another favourite is the selection of ice cream, chocolate, and cookies; you can truly discover a range of worldwide brands here.
Their personnel is always friendly and helpful. Additionally, they are quite informed about the products in their store. I believe the management did an excellent job of training them.
