Ahad lepas berdepan dengan staff yg rude.
Saya tanya elok elok, dibalas dgn nada yg tinggi.
Silap saya juga tak tengok name tag& tak ambil receipt pembelian, kalau tak, mmg habis lah staff tu.
Family Mart Petron Hulu Langat, sila train staff anda ye. Kalau peak hour, mcm mana nak handle customer semua. Kalau geram dkt customer sebelum, jgn lepaskan geram dkt customer selepasnya.
Before going to Family Mart near here, okay, no problem.
Last Sunday faced with rude staff.
I asked nicely, answered in a high tone.
I also made a mistake not to see the name tag and not to take the purchase receipt, otherwise, the staff would be exhausted.
Family Mart Petron Hulu Langat, please train your staff. If it's peak hour, where do you want to handle all customers. If you are angry with the customer before, don't let go of your anger with the next customer.

Staff semua mengular, hire staff sampai 3 - 4 tapi kaunter cashier kosong je dah berapa kali datang. Nak kena panggil berulang2 kali.
Staff attitude very bad. Poyo dan tak professional.
Staff gelak mengilai, dah mcm warung tepi jalan dah. Warung pun at least serve customers tip top. Ni tak, gelak-gelak lepas tu lupa nak kena buat air apa, sepuluh kali nak tanya air apa.
Mohon latih you staff.

The staff are all snakes, hire staff until 3 - 4 but the cashier counter is empty, how many times have you come. Want to be called repeatedly.
Staff attitude very bad. Tired and unprofessional.
The staff laughed and evaluated, it's already a roadside stall. The shop will at least serve tip top customers. No, the last laughter forgot what water to make, ten times to ask what water.
Please train you staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Incompetent manager and staff. Staff seems received less training and manager didn't do anything to improve. During non busy hours they unable to complete the orders. Hopefully upper level in Family Mart can look into this
