★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had went to number of Family Mart stores all the. Today I went to Family Mart Prima Saujana Kajang store for the 1st since it's operation. The staff at the counter Muhammad Afiq very rude in terms of servicing my request. My son wants an ice cream. He asked me the flavor in in which I asked the staff,but the staff was very rude answering to me & my son. By right, the staff supposed to have explained what are flavors available rather than raising the voice. In fact, I paid using my debit card,in which I need to print for my receipt copy rather than the staff normally does that. I can seriously evidence racism within the staff because the staff was very nice to the customer before & after me which are same race with the staff. Am I begging?? Hello, I paid money as well. To the management who review this, please go & check this store cctv to see this incident. If the staff wants to be racist,please ask the staff to wear such signboard. I thought we as Malaysians wants to move ahead not moving behind. Really feels ashamed to be associated with a Family Mart all the while. I'll proceed to consumer court & other platform on this. My 1st & last to this store,perhaps to Family Mart as whole.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The workers in this outlet are so rude. Couldn't even talk nicely. The worker could've spoken nicely but chose to be rude and raised their voice. And after that they would laugh with the others as if they were so proud of raising their voice at a customer. Poor customer service and rude workers. Not recommended unless you enjoy being shouted at.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited for a whole 15mins in the oden line, cashier was busy but 2 other staffs decided to just ignore the oden line and continue chatting. Then the chatting staffs heard food panda order and packed an oden for it, continue to ignore his customers. Well trained staffs indeed, excellent customer service!

1. Super slow speed of service that's not due to busy, I think lack of training? I don't see this issue in other outlets.
2. Worst staff attitude ever. Rude.
3. You go in 1 min, go out and your clothes will smell like something else. Guarantee.
4. You stand in line, and someone cut the line, the staff won't care, just let them cut only, and after I speak out, the staff still don't care. I guess no standard no training.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Item choices were ok. But the speed of their service were super slow due to lack of microwave oven and manpower.
Ambiance is the worst part, went for less than 5 minutes, you'll came out smell like you just out from hot oil frying wok. Damn disappointed ??????

The crews is fast but there are lots of customer especially during peak hours.
They should expand or add appliances and crews.
So far my experience is moderate but lots to improve. This is standard FamilyMart branch.
