★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ruang kedai agak luas dan tak terlalu sempit bila ramai orang. Kawasan parking berbayar mungkin sebab tu ramai orang parking seberang jalan berhadapan FamilyMart.
 The store space is quite spacious and not too narrow for most people. Paid parking areas may be why many people across the street are facing FamilyMart.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pekerja yang sangat2 tak sopan melayan pelanggan . nak beli makanan tpi dia ignore dan tak tnya pun dkt customer , bila tnya makanan ni ada tak dia ckp tnggu kejap dan saya kluar n then msuk balik within 30minit dia ckp takde n bila nak beli milk boba dia ckp susu tkde boba tkde . hmmm kenapa tk ckp siap2 benda tu tk ada .
very rude workers serving customers. I want to buy food but he ignores it and doesn't even get the customer, if the food is there, he won't wait for a moment and I leave and then come back within 30 minutes, he won't. Hmmm, why aren't you ready, those things aren't there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place for hang out with friends or family with a coffee. Environment clean and having table with sit. A lot of Snacks and drink available here. Also the current famous Oden in hot. Can enjoy the rest here even alone. Overall is great!

FamilyMart established its very first outlet in Kuala Lumpur on November 2016 and the outlet in Senai Centrepoint on 2019. I used to only see these convenience store in Japan when I travel but it’s good to have it here now everywhere in Malaysia.
Few things I liked most about FamilyMart are as follows; cleanliness, the space where you can get a quick bite stop easily, products from Japan, and the over the counter bites and drinks!
The staff are very friendly too, we are happy to have one near our house if we need something in urgent without driving far or going to the mall.
Simple things matter!
