★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staffs but i noticed the ice-cream machine is always out of order. Hope you can put up a sign if the machine is out of order. Pity the customers who queue up just to find that the machine isn't working. There is a lot of flies in the outlet. Not so comfortable dining in. Hope the management do sthg abt this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A much better option compared to McDonald's Kulai which for some reason, always run out of chicken, nasi lemak and pretty much their entire main menu. The service is pretty swift with no hassle. Once I was told to wait an hour for a chicken (I obliged), but then I got it in like 15 mins. I've never once been told that a menu has run out or not yet prepared (again, unlike McDonald's Kulai). Kudos to the team and I hope everyone will stay safe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to drive thru for some ice creams and apple pies. They told me ice cream machine is under maintainence so it was okay, I just ordered 2 pieces of apple pies. After I paid up and rolled up to the pick up window, this young malay man took my receipt and told me to park in front at the waiting area even though it was JUST two apple pies and he did not check first were the pies ready yet or not.
In a rush, he told me he will send the pies to my car later. I parked and waited and waited till almost 20 minutes went by. Cars that just came in already left with their orders. I got out of my car and walked to their drivethru window and asked for my pies. Apparently they FORGOT and left the pies on a counter. I asked them a few questions regarding my order, who’s in charge and if they knew I was waiting for my order and all of them just kept quiet. The pies in my hands, they were cold. If they were cooking it, it should be HOT. I was given no explaination or apology.
It was just a small order. Why bother to ask me park in front to wait? Why not check for the availibility of the item first? And lastly, why were the workers’ faces looked as though I was the one who did them wrong?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Twister Fries are extremely salty, orange juice is super sweet. I feel I might have the health issue after the meal today. The staffs are so rude, keep playing and chatting among themselves when my foods are ready, no pass it to me. I almost missed my flight! I will not come again!

1. Nasi lemak need to wait more than 1hour ( clarify by staff Afad)
2. No chili, ketchup or even tissue available ( no stock )
3. Cant purchase single patty option, need to buy dbl or with egg, most of the burger not available as well
4. Only self pick up no table service. Parents with small kids will understand the problem
5. Hopefully this issue will resolve being ine of the best moving chain in Malaysia, brand n image will tarnish by certain individual.
