★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I noticed that your premis does not practice the SOP as implemented by MKN as far as i concern this is a mandatory that u need to comply. Based on my experience during my visit yesterday, there were to many ignorant people's! No limit customer per once time during covid 19? Very crowded.. But the others side, your service ?

Even you new staff dont mind it .
If you guys like japanese food please come to familymart.
I love their oden always go for tom yum one.
But today i just go buy this ?
Edit: to the staff please be cheerful even you guys have bad day dont mix up the mood with working time.
Customer is complaining and the cashier please open all .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staffs unfriendly. Food not well cooked. My triple cheese corndog was burned and no cheese inside. Ordered iced Milk tea but I only got milk with minimal tea.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1 of my favourite quick bites.. oh ya, to highlight one issue.. Cashier don't have to be friendly to customer, what they all need to do, just SMILE.. that's it. What's the point showing their grumpy face? Mad of walk in customer? FamilyMart not doing charity dear.. we don't come for free ?not happy with your job, just Quit! As simple as that..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I encourage you not to try and order for delivery with this store. Despite showing that the items are available on their e-commerce website/delivery partners, more often than not your order will be canceled or modified as the item has gone out of stock. They will not update their website to inform which item is no longer available and you will only be notified that the item is no longer in stock when the delivery partner arrives to deliver your order, that is if there’s anything left in your order.
Other issues includes unhygienic and dirty floors at the premise, boxes of item can be seen blocking the way, items not on the right placement on rack, and also unclean tables for customers to enjoy their food on.

The management of the store should take the blame. Put more staffs!!!!
