★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time having them service my car after a few years staying in the area. There is quite a lot of car service shops so it takes quite a while for me to cycle to this shop. And I would say this is the best experience I had and will certainly revisit them again.
The shop is very well organized(fluids bottle well displayed on rack) with two machinery to lift the car, prices and mileage for engine oils are well labeled at the entrance of the shop, the boss gives you clear quotation after learning of what needs to be done and did not force to make unnecessary changes, in fact he enquire politely whether he can go forward with changes when one is found needed, with clear quotations. after the fluid changes they wipe and use air duster to help clean the engine bay making it sparkly clean, with no extra charges. That is really a surprise and makes me a very happy customer.
Receipts are printed out with the items well listed, and accepts credit card payment, something that have an understated importance.

Mr sarip here check everything and showed me only the condenser is leak and thats all we need to change. Great personality great workers. Everything price is fixed based on their computer. No hike2. Im living in petaling jaya right now but wherever my car got problem, I chose this place to diagnose my car. Can kautim2 based in our budget also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My car broke down after i drove through huge water flood during heavy rain. I sent my car here because it's near my area. I was worried about the cost, but the foreman was professional, they did step by step to rule out the problem. My car managed to start back in less than 1 hour. The foreman even tested my car before finishing his job. The charge was also reasonable. Totally recommended.

They really check what is the problem first before proceed. Sent my Viva in the afternoon, next day afternoon my Viva is good to go! Price is reasonable for the A service.
