★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I normally don't do ratings on convenience stores, but I'll give this time an exception because of how poor the service was here.
I was only here to buy an ice cream but I had to wait almost 10 minutes just to check out. On normal circumstances such as peak hour service I would just brush it off since it's normal. But there's only one customer before me and for some reason took the cashier so long to check out his items.
But the one thing I can't stand the most is for the fact that there are 2 other cashiers supposedly on duty but for whatever reason decided it's a good idea to leave only 1 person at the counter. Not only that, when they were on duty their attitude also very poor and sometimes proceed to shout at each other to communicate.
This is not the first time I get poor service from familymart, but this is possibly the worst one around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this outlet quite frequently because it was near, but on July 2nd I ordered a latte, they forgot my order and proceed to make the order for another customer which order a latte and a mocha, the catch is why the waiter wouldn't give me my latte first since I ordered and paid it first, and I waited 20minutes for the coffee with no apologies, staffs not educated to handled large crowd, should have done with one order only proceed to accept orders from the other customer.
Guess what, today they forgot my order again, waited 15 minutes
What a bad experience here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Original oden was their popular item and it also the basic knowledge that Oden should be soup not tom yam but they only selling tom yam and told me original soup finished. Just wondering that the original soup have already out of stock for 3 years? And also the workers there are rude and lazy when they are a lot of customer lining up another work do not even willing to help stand there and watch

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Less food inventory and choices compared before pandemic time but most important some of the staff didn’t wear mask when on duty and there are customer who do not wear mask are allowed to enter the premise

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice convenient store located near to housing area. Items are well arranged here but some of the rack are empty. The store is clean and well maintained. Staff was friendly but due to lack of staffs, the service was very bad; had to wait for 10mins just to make payment.
