★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I asked about the types of cookies frappe as there were shown at the freezer door. I asked whether the frappe I took was chocolate or coffee. But, the staff at the counter told me to choose the type of flavour drink instead. I knew that I had to choose whether chocolate, milk or coffee flavour at the counter. The menu at the freezer was shown that there were many types of cookies. The staff just had to tell me that the cookies frappe that I chose was the "general" one. I just want to know the type of the cookies frappe. He didn't answer my question. And the way he answered nampak berlagak sungguh :(. Other than that, when I chose different type of fish tofus, he told me that they were the same. The types of the tofu were literally shown on the menu, but he told me that they were the same! I love to go to FamilyMart (other branches) before, and the staffs were really nice when I asked questions. But, this branch, hurmm the attitude of the staff is a bit disappointed ☹️. Not all staff, there were 2 staffs that looked a bit sombong and jawab garang:(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This happens a month ago, I still want to share it here because thinking about this we still angry. We ordered sausage triple cheese, taiwan sausage and chocolate sofuto, the staff ask us to wait outside after paying. The staff did ask us if we want the sofuto now or together with the sausages. We decide to take the sofuto together with the sausages. After awhile, we were given the sofuto ALONE but not the sausages. After about 5 mins, our sausages still not arrive and by that time our sofuto already started to melt and dropping everywhere. One of us decided to went in the car to eat the sofuto before it melts completely. My friend is still waiting outside the store for the sausages. After 30 minutes, our sofuto has been fully eaten, still no news of sausages. My friend decided to went back in the store to ask. In the end, the staff has forgotten our sausages. And we need to wait from the beginning again for the sausages to be done. After received the sausages, we straight away went home, after arrived home, when we opened up the paper bag, we only noticed that they provide us different sausages which is the normal black pepper sausages and taiwan sausages. We were very angry back then. We pay more for the triple cheese sausages and what we get is black pepper sausages and we have to gone through all these hassle just for a sausage that we have paid.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A convenience store which offers variety in of snacks and meal. Lotsa people come here for their oden. The smell of the oden can be very overwhelming and stays on your shirt for a very long time :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is pretty small convenience store. Not many things are sold but very useful when super hungry and want something simple n fast to eat. Just that i went into it on 22nd july 2021 around 6 to 7 pm , dont really like one of the girl cashier bcos she looked kinda harsh telling people to pay at her counter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly & efficient staffs. Love the Taiwan sausage & desserts here. They're delicious. If too crowded need to be patient. They take online orders as well. Waiting time might be long.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Management should do something about the staff's attitude. They looked like they are very unhappy and grumpy working there. Customers kena tempias ya. Not to say that you only have two counters in store, but you always only open the one with Oden. Saya beli Onigiri je pun kena beratur 30 mins because all in front are choosing their Oden and beverages ye. If got second FM, I will for sure not come again. No thanks.
